Recorded Video Courses

All purchases of recorded video courses are non-refundable.
Once you’ve enrolled, you receive full access to the course content, so cancellations and refunds are not applicable.

 

Private Sessions (1-on-1)

• A free trial session is available to help you decide before committing to a paid plan.

• After the trial, you can book 4, 8, or 24-session plans.

• Once a paid plan begins, no refunds or cancellations are offered for unused sessions.

• Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice (details provided at the time of enrollment).
   

Raag-Based Webinar Modules

Each module includes 2, 5, or 7 live sessions spread across 1 to 3 months. All participants get access to session recordings for 3 months.

We do not offer refunds for our online workshops. By registering for the workshop, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, personal conflicts, or changes in your schedule. However, if a workshop gets cancelled from our side, you are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee.

 

Exchanges or Transfers

• We do not offer exchanges or switches between courses, modules, or session plans.

• Please review the course/module details carefully before purchasing.
